We have over 18 years of experience in Stormwater Management with qualified environmental professionals that are Virginia DEQ Licensed Stormwater Administrators. 

Services also include on-site SWPPP inspections and reporting for permit compliance. DIR inspection services are available for Stormwater Management (SWM) and Best Management Practice (BMP) facilities and include certification documentation. DIR includes a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) to perform regulatory floodplain/floodway compliance and reporting for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). DIR also has a Virginia DEQ Licensed Erosion and Sediment Control Administrator.

DIR can develop, administer, implement and audit Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) localities with over 13 years of experience with the EPA and DEQ MS4 program. DIR is suited for oversight and consulting for regulatory permitting and compliance for General, Industrial and Individual permits.

Aerospace Drone services are offered for inspections, photography and promotional products are offered as well. To include site inspections for monitoring and compliance purposes along with visual photos and recordings. Other types of Drone services offered include thermal imaging, structural inspections, Lidar capabilities and Aerial Surveying. The company is FAA Part 107 Licensed to conduct commercial flight operations utilizing drones. DIR staff has over 20 years’ experience in the Aerospace Industry.
